The sample packs, CDs or DVDs remain the property of Heat It Media until payment is completed. Any defective products will be immediately replaced at our expense, but we cannot accept claims for any other reasons. If you have any questions about a product in our online store, please consult the clear and precise descriptive texts that are made available to you on the site, or please contact us for any additional information you may require.

All the prices shown on the site are calculated in U.S. currency and do not include value-added tax.
